Barb’s Background and Experience

Before founding Beyond Sales Tactics, Barb built and led a multi-million-dollar direct sales, salesforce, and warehouse distribution business. This experience provided her with a deep insight into the nuances of the direct selling industry. Following that, Barb served in senior corporate leadership roles within the direct sales industry—National Sales Director and Director of Field Sales—leading up to 20,000 consultants, 500 leaders, and driving $40M in revenue across North America.
With firsthand knowledge at various vantage points—having been an independent rep, business owner, and corporate senior leader—Barb brings a unique perspective that helps her connect with leaders across multiple levels.
